We are currently looking for a junior Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic team at our Nadi Office. If you have a passion for handling diverse commercial matters and providing client focused legal services, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

Because it is a Commercial Lawyer position, you will need at least three to five years of experience in commercial areas, such as commercial contracts and transaction, liaising with government agencies, and general legal advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team on a broad spectrum of commercial matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Assist our team in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assist in transactions, conducting due diligence and drafting transactional documents
• Assist with conveyancing matters, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial property
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff members.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
• Minimum of three years of experience as a commercial lawyer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of the law and legal concepts
• Proficient in legal research using online tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capacity to handle a high volume of matters and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
