Benazir holds a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of the South Pacific, as well as a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice, attained in 2024. She was admitted to the High Court of Fiji in September 2024. Subsequently, she joined Howards Lawyers in the same year.

Benazir is currently part of the Howards Commercial Team, where she practices in areas including property, company law, commercial transactions, estate administration, and general commercial matters. She is a member of the Fiji Law Society.
