Kajol attained her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees in March 2019 majoring in Accounting and Economics at the University of the South Pacific. Subsequently, she completed her Professional Diploma in Legal Practice in July 2018 from the University of the South Pacific and was admitted to the High Court of Fiji on 16 August 2019.

She currently practices in the areas of commercial and business law and has a keen interest in civil litigation.

Prior to joining Howards, Kajol has worked in private practice as a commercial lawyer for over 3 years focusing on commercial transactions, business and company incorporation, merger and acquisitions, asset securities, issue and transfer of shares, tax compliance, banking industry and corporate compliance, licensing and regulatory approvals, immigration, investment and exchange control procedures for companies and employment litigation.

Kajol has occasionally worked in academia by tutoring undergraduate law students at the University of the South Pacific and assisted with teaching of conveyancing and business module for Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Fiji.
